It is to be noted with great concern that there seems to be a conspiracy to promote mass religious conversions from Hinduism to Islam & Christianity in Kerala. The recent two Kerala Govt.Orders regarding Special Marriage Act (Ministry of PWD and Registration letter dated 24 July 2020) and Change of Religion details publishing in Kerala Govt.Gazette (GO No.187/2020/Rev dated 23 July 2020) are in suspicious nature. Copies of both GOs are attached with this post.
Regarding the Govt guidelines (as mentioned in the letter of 24 July 2020)stating that the name of persons who wish to marry under Spl Marriage Act need not be published in Govt websites made for it. So that no one can easily notice the religious conversion agenda of vested interests. it will go unnoticed. This letter is the violation of the rules regarding the Spl Marriage Act as it says that the details of the parties to be published in concerned Govt. website.
The GO on exemption of producing Religious Conversion Certificate from authorised agencies while publishing the names in Kerala Gazette will further enhance mass religious conversions from Hinduism in Kerala. There is an organised missionary networks for religious conversion to Islam and Christianity. At the same time there is no such platforms for Hindus. Moreover, red tapism make it difficult for those genuine persons who want to embrace Hinduism.
In view of the above facts, Hindu organizations and Acharyas should sit together and plan for remedial actions at the earliest.
