The courses of Central Sanskrit University, Delhi from 6th standard to plus two level (Prathama, Poorva Madhyama and Prak Shasthri) were formally started today at Veda Gurukulam which is affiliated to Central Sanskrit University. Prof. Shri Govinda Pandey(Director, Central Sanskrit University, Guruvayoor Campus) inaugurated the classes in a meeting chaired by Dr. Parvathi K.P (HoD) Sreekrishnapuram VT Bhattathirippad College). Prof. M. K. Narayanan Namboothiri (former HoD Sreekrishnapuram VT Bhattathirippad College) delivered the key note address Panditharathnam Prof. P. K. Madhavan (M.A. Ph.D and D Litt.) who received D Litt. degree from Central Sanskrit University recently was felicitated in the function. Prof. ER Narayanan (Senior Professor of CSU, Guruvayoor Campus), Dr VK Rajakrishnan Master (Vidyalay Pramukh of Samskrutha Bharathi, Kerala), Dr Sasikumar Nechiyil also spoke on this occasion. Sri. V Govinda Das (President, Veda Gurukulam) welcomed the guests and audience. Acharya Akhilesh Arya (Chief Acharya of Veda Gurukulam) delivered the blessing speech. Sri. P Sivansakaran (Treasurer, Veda Gurukulam) expressed vote of thanks. Few new students also joined for studies at Veda Gurukulam today.
