UPASANA
Upāsanā (Communion). It consists in conforming ourselves, as far as possible, in purity and holiness to the Divine Spirit, and in feeling the presence of the Deity in our heart by the realization of His All-pervading nature through the practice of Yoga which enables one to have direct cognition of God. Upāsanā serves to extend the bounds of our knowledge.
